Rumia Akter Ruma is a technology professional with a background in software engineering, product management, enterprise applications and technology leadership. She holds undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in Computer Science & Engineering, and has spent more than a decade turning that foundation into products people use.
Her career has run through national and international software projects: a school management system adopted by 35+ schools, enterprise real-estate software, a sales platform built for corporate teams in the United States, and now the core of an agentic operating system.
That path is why she sees technology not only as something to build, but as a way to solve real business problems. In early 2026 it led to her appointment as Chief Executive Officer of CodeFix IT.

Thirteen years, two countries and one company: each chapter a larger scope than the last.
Rumia joined FnF IT and began her product career on Aakhorik, a school management system. In the product's early stage she helped enrol 35+ schools within a short period, establishing it in the education-management space.
The company restructured and was rebranded as CodeFix. Rumia moved into a Product Manager role on a real-estate management application for Ena Group, built by Squad ZERO under Md. Riasath Arif Prodhan. It marked her move from early-stage product work into larger, more complex enterprise software.
Four years across a range of software projects at home and abroad, with responsibilities that widened well beyond a single product.
In the middle of 2019 she moved on from Squad ZERO and took responsibility for Squad ONE as Senior Product Manager: a significant step in her leadership journey.
Rumia relocated to the United States and began work on SalesFix, one of CodeFix's most promising products. SalesFix helps corporate organisations grow their sales pipeline, find and remove bottlenecks, and run a more efficient sales process.
She began working on the core of the CodeFix Agentic OS, the company's move towards the next generation of AI-powered, agentic software. The product is being prepared for launch.
In early 2026 Rumia became Chief Executive Officer of CodeFix IT. The role brings together product strategy, technology leadership, business development and the company's international operations and future technology initiatives.

Since 2025 Rumia has worked on the core of the CodeFix Agentic OS: the kernel of a platform where AI agents carry out work, coordinate with each other and report back.
